Hi Team X, im organising an unofficial event here.... basically i wanna get the GOP staff and robe! So i wanna 50-50 with ppl!

nope, elemental staff higher magic def if im not wrong

wats the point of going and gettin a tally staff???

tanking and i think they say make bind less effective

less + more effective , when ure binding u can wield the staff for effective binds

O I don't see much ppl binding with tally staff
