This title, or position, "Clan Chat Guardian", is a rank that has recently been created for multiple purposes.
During this period from September to November, many generals and captains will be inactive in-game due to various reasons. Therefore, we have decided to put 2 members in charge of the in-game Clan Chat while the generals and captains are not around.
As the title puts, "Guardian". Guardian means Guard. So, these 2 members that have been appointed CC Guardians, will be our guards in the in-game clan chat and see to everything that happens in the CC.
The generals have chosen these 2 members based on the following criteria:
1) 95% active in CC
2) Trustable Long-term members
3) Have means to contact generals and/or captains via Cellphone
4) Presently have a relatively close rank to lieutenant rank
The 2 members that have been chosen to be our CC guardian is:
THAMYQ1 and PALLLYY
Things to note about this rank:
1) CC Guardian = Lieutenant rank in in-game CC.
2) This is a temporary rank from September to End of October. After which, future plans will be reconsidered.
3) THEY HAVE THE POWER TO KICK.
4) They have already been clearly briefed of their duties and responsibilities.
------ THE FOLLOWING IS IMPORTANT SO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ------The duties of our CC guardians are as follows:
1) If outsider flames in CC, kick on sight. (Screen evidence and post on forums)
2) If member flames in CC, warn twice to thrice. If persist flaming, kick. (Screen evidence and post on forums)
3) Ensure no arguements occur in CC. It is the CC guardians' duty to mediate any arguements.
4) Ensure no member says any unauthorised words or comments. (Everyone should know what to be said, and what not to)
5) Assist any newcomer that enters CC and wants to join our clan officially
6) If another clan's representative or leader enters CC to propose war or alliance etc., its is the CC guardians' duty to communicate with him or her.
7) The CC guardians have the power to kick, and WILL kick where necessary.
8 ) Any other issues about the clan chat should be directed at the CC guardians.
9) Any other Clan Chat admin should be settled by the CC guardians.
10) Basically, to make sure that Team X will be the best place to chat and hang around, with minimal or no problems at all.
